Its all about choosing the right skincare and hair products. Isn’t it ? Today I will be sharing some skincare and hair products I am using at the moment.

Choose your products wisely, after a good research and always keep in mind your skin and hair concern. Knowing what you want to achieve is important before you purchase a product.

Shampoo

Nyle

I use different shampoos often just to see if there it performs better than the one I used before. Some cause more hairfall, some leave my hair dry and frizzy. Trying different products helps you identify what works better for you.

Currently I am using a shampoo from Nyle. This product is amazing. It makes my hair soft and shiny. It does really cause a lot of hairfall although I am experiencing a little hairfall since a few days. But that could be due to a different reason.

Moisturizer

Simple

Simple Hydrating Moisturizer is definitely doing wonders for my skin. I am sure it will work on every skin type. It is non sticky, light weight and quite hydrating. I have a full review on my blog. Read it here.

Toner

Mamaearth

I am using the Mamaearth Rose Water Toner currently.

This Toner is refreshing and does not make my skin dry. It also removes dirt and my skin feels moisturized.

Serums

Minimalist & Ponds

I have been using the Ponds Vitamin C and eh Minimalist 0.3& Retinol for a while now. I have clearer and better skin since I have started using both products.

Simple Hydrating Moisturiser | Review Time

Simple has some great products. I purchased their hydrating moisturiser a while ago. I was looking for a good non – sticky moisturiser that does not feel heavy on the skin. As always, did my research on different brands that have moisturisers and stumbled on Simple.

Simple has some great skincare products, so I thought of getting my hands on a moisturiser. Today, I will share my review about the product and talk of everything I think about it.

About the brand

Simple is a British brand and is owned by Unilever since 2010. It believes creating natural and chemical – free products that promote and healthy and radiant skin.

Does it fulfill the claims

The moisturiser is definitely light weight and does not feel sticky

Price

The products fall in the average price range. They can be categorized as mid range. The moisturiser is priced at Rs 430 and I got for around Rs 350.

Packaging

The product comes a plastic bottle which is convenient and easy to carry. I can carry it anywhere without any problems.

Last thoughts

If you have oily / combination skin, I would recommend this to you.

Use it before makeup to prep for the base and include in your AM/ PM routine.

Skin Moisturizers for Extra Hydration!

Moisturizers are lifesavers. They work brilliantly in any weather and help in the complete hydration of the skin. I have started investing more in moisturizers lately and you need to as well. Moisturizers make skin soft & smooth looking and ready to go.

Moisturizer application is the last step in the AM / PM routine which means they lock up all the skincare that is applied previously. They make a great base for makeup. Always start your makeup after applying a good amount of moisturizer.

In today’s post, I will be talking about three moisturizers my skin has been loving at the moment.

So let’s dive into the post!

Plum Goodness Green Tea Night Gel

This product has green tea, as the name suggests, and moisturizes skin up to a certain extent. I am not a fan of the strong green tea fragrance but otherwise, it is a decent product. It comes in a small tube which is easy to carry around.

This product is a 6/10 for me.

Simple Hydrating Light Moisturiser

The most recent moisturizer purchase, I got to know about Simple brand from Instagram, of course and thought of giving it a try. This product is pretty amazing. It is non-greasy, absolutely lightweight, and glides on smoothly on the skin. It is an absolutely great product for the summers as it does not feel heavy on the skin, nor does it makes the skin oily. It also does not have a strong fragrance, just a subtle one which is a plus point.

The packaging is nice and travel-friendly too. I purchased the 125 ml bottle. It claims to give 12 hours moisturisation and is for sensitive skin.

I would give this one a 9/10.

Plum Goodness Mattifying Moisturizer

I purchased this moisturizer a few months ago along with other products from the brand’s green tea range. This product, due to the presence of green tea, makes the skin a little too dry and does not provide much hydration. The product comes in a sleek long bottle which makes it easier to travel with.

Overall, I would give this product a 6/10.
